Please find below the time table for group training that started on the 13th October 2008.
IF YOU HAVE MISSED THE START OF THE COURSE, YOU CAN STILL PARTICIPATE AND PAY THE REMAINDER OF THE WEEKS LEFT.
Choose days and times suitable for you to book in for the 10 week course.
If you are doing 1 day a week you will be doing one class of your choice:

COURSE DESCRIPTIONS
dc sweat: Is designed to make you sweat! burning unwanted calories that you don't need, to burn fat. The program has high intense training with boxing incorporated to keep you tone, fit and de-stressed...
dc tone: A head to toe program, that will tone every part of your body. Using a resistance band and concentrating on repetition exercises and squeezing the muscle to tone and shape the body.
